These terms govern purchases and use of volt3dge.in, operated by Jayant Nandle from Indore, Madhya Pradesh under the name Volt3dge. By creating an account, submitting a file, accepting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 10 years old. Customers aged 10 to 17 may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. The guardian must approve the order and is responsible for payment, uploaded content and compliance with these terms.
Accounts and information
You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials and OTPs secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorised use.
Products and custom quotations
Displayed colours, texture and dimensions may vary slightly because of screens, materials and the layer-based nature of FDM printing. Custom submissions are quote requests, not orders. A binding order arises only when we issue a final quotation and payment is successfully completed. We may reject a file or request that is unsafe, technically unsuitable, unlawful or inconsistent with these terms.
Your files and intellectual-property responsibility
By uploading a model or other content, you confirm that you own it or have all permissions required to reproduce and manufacture it. You grant Volt3dge a limited permission to inspect, process, modify for print preparation, manufacture and otherwise use the file only to quote and fulfil your request. You remain responsible for infringement or unlawfulness arising from material you submit and agree to cooperate with legitimate rights-holder claims.
Prohibited requests
You must not request weapons, weapon components, illegal or regulated articles, counterfeit goods, infringing designs, malicious devices, obscene or exploitative content, or anything whose manufacture, possession, sale or delivery is prohibited. We may refuse or cancel suspected prohibited requests and may preserve or disclose information where legally required.
Prices, GST and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST, delivery charges and other charges will be shown before payment. GSTIN: 23CPVPN7964Q1ZK. Payments are processed through PayU and are also subject to PayU's applicable terms. An order is not confirmed until payment succeeds.
Turnaround and delivery
Our target production turnaround is within 72 hours for accepted custom orders and within 24 hours for stocked products. These are estimates beginning after payment and acceptance, and may change for complex, large or high-volume jobs. Estimated delivery after dispatch is up to four days within Madhya Pradesh and approximately seven to nine days outside Madhya Pradesh. Courier delays, remote-area serviceability, weather, public holidays and events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation within four hours after placing an order by contacting us with the order number. If accepted, we will refund the paid amount after deducting 3% toward payment-processing and administrative costs. Custom production may start immediately; cancellation is unavailable after four hours or once production has begun, whichever occurs first, except where a remedy is required by law.
Returns, defects and refunds
Custom-made and made-to-order products are not returnable for change of mind, incorrect customer specifications, colour preference or ordinary FDM layer characteristics. Missing, incorrect, damaged or defective-item claims must be submitted promptly with the order details and a continuous unedited unboxing video beginning before the parcel is opened. Approved remedies may be a replacement, repair or refund. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Inspection and tolerances
We perform reasonable printability and quality checks. Unless specifically agreed in writing, renders, quoted dimensions and colour representations are indicative; minor support marks, seams, layer lines, surface variations and dimensional tolerances inherent to the selected process are not defects. The customer must disclose safety-critical, load-bearing, food-contact, medical, electrical, heat or regulatory requirements before ordering.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Volt3dge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss caused by customer files or instructions, misuse, unauthorised modifications or an undisclosed application. Our aggregate contractual liability for an affected order will ordinarily not exceed the amount paid for that order. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Please first contact the Grievance Officer so we can attempt to resolve a concern. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, courts and tribunals at Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
