Volt3dge is operated by Jayant Nandle from 20, Ambika Nagar, Bengali Square, Kanadiya Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India ("Volt3dge", "we", "us" or "our"). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit volt3dge.in, create an account, request a custom 3D-printing quote, place an order, contact us or otherwise use our services.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, account credentials, billing and delivery addresses, GSTIN when supplied, order and payment status, customer-support communications, uploaded 3D-model files, print specifications, device and browser information, IP address, security logs, cookies and information needed to prevent fraud. PayU processes payment credentials; we do not intentionally store complete card, UPI or banking credentials.
How we use information
We use personal data to create and secure accounts; send OTP and transactional messages; review files and prepare quotations; manufacture, bill, dispatch and support orders; process payments, cancellations, refunds and legal claims; provide shipment tracking; maintain tax and accounting records; improve website reliability and user experience; prevent abuse and comply with law.
Uploaded files and retention
Uploaded STL, OBJ and 3MF files are accessible only to authorised personnel for quotation, printability review and fulfilment. The file copies held by our quote system are automatically deleted seven days after submission. Quote, consent, invoice, payment, order and support records may be retained longer where reasonably required for fulfilment, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies for login, security, shopping-cart state, checkout, preferences and OTP protection. We may use limited preference or performance cookies to improve the user experience. Where consent is legally required for a non-essential cookie, we will request it before using that cookie. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account or checkout features from working.
Sharing and processors
We share only information reasonably needed with service providers such as our WordPress hosting and email providers, WooCommerce, PayU, delivery and tracking providers including Delhivery when used, professional advisers and government or law-enforcement authorities where required. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal data.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 10. A person aged 10 to 17 may use the service only with verifiable consent and supervision from a parent or lawful guardian. The parent or guardian must place or approve orders and accepts responsibility for the minor's use. Contact us to remove data submitted without valid guardian permission.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, OTP verification, restricted file access and limited retention. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to or correction, updating or deletion of eligible personal data, withdraw optional consent, or raise a grievance. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is required by law or necessary for an existing order, tax record, security investigation or dispute. To exercise a request, contact the Grievance Officer below. We may verify your identity before acting.
